S.O.S.

We are having fun. Thank goodness we found the gym right off the bat. For all of you that know me well, you know how important this was to me. We even took in a Pilates class..(we had been on the boat LITERALLY 15 minutes) Scottie don't laugh too hard...your head may explode. I bet in all three times you were on this boat last year- you didn't even know it had a gym huh? I shoulda brought you or Boggs with me.

In other news, we were 30 minutes out of Ada when Kami started throwing up. It was so beautiful to watch all of her friends come to her aid. Throw up had not even hit the ground and McGill was passing out the germ gel and we were all saying..'she's not staying in my room'
She is feeling better now, so we have let her back in the group.

*Amy has been lecturing us on the importance of 'staying regular' during trips. She claims you burp it if you don't.

*It's too cold and windy to be outside....but everyone assures us that after lunch it'll be beautiful.

*I am sleeping on a roll away bed with a 2 inch mattress...but God Bless Ambien I could have been sleeping on a bed of nails last night. Best sleep of my life. The rocking of the boat, the powerful prescription sleep nartcotics, and Amy's white noise sound machine made it all very relaxing.

OOH they just announced Jackpot Bingo--I'm off to the casino. (To pass out tracks of course)

I'm SOOO glad y'all are having fun! Tell Kami I'm sorry she got sick, but at least it was early on and is now over and she can enjoy the rest of her cruise! The Derek Webb concert was SO wonderful. I'm not sure which was more wonderful, the concert or eating breakfast at a diner with Kurt and Jonathan and Thomas. I have NEVER laughed so hard in my life. All those guys at the UCM are WONDERFUL! Have fun and see you soon!

I am so glad to hear that your having fun. Please remember not to place the sea-sick dots behind your ears I hear that they can simulate your going blind ! But then again you have Amy with you to prevent all that. Did you take the digital camera so you could update us with photos...God knows the ship can provide you with a few photos if you didnt ! Have a wonderful time and be careful in Mexico. Love, your other sister, Stacy

sounds like your trip is fun!! it is very important to stay regular during a vacation like that..you feel so much better...make sure to check and double check the life boat count and look for all fire exits..maybe you should take a notepad and write down where they all are...it would make me feel better if you did.
