God's Will or Won't
Have you ever had a problem that you have poured out..(many, many times) to God and you still feel no direction. The kind of problem that brings you to your knees in prayer..the kind of guidance you need in making the big decisions. One day, I will be positive He is leading me to one thing..then the next- it is entirely something different. It makes me question how well I know myself..and how well I know my God. What is He trying to tell me? Figuring out God's will for my life--I see that written on the prayer request board at the UCM all the time. College students wanting to know what direction to take their life. What if you think you had your life planned and it gets changed on you...
I see God's hand in everything that happens to me..I truly do. He is so merciful and forgiving..when I am so rotten. I have been blessed many times over, I just need some guidance in my life right now. Do you ever pray so much for something that it starts to get all muddled in your mind? I need big black-n-white answers...no more gray. Maybe that is what makes it so hard. Actually, I need a big neon sign to appear over my house tonight in my sleep.
OK--so if you all could pray about that tonight, and get back with me regarding what God has told YOU I should do with my life, then I would appreciate it. :)
Just kidding...I was channeling aaron there for a minute and I didn't want everyone worried...
(just kidding aaron--you know I love you--and by the way...I thought the same thing when I read amy's blog too!! stay away!!)

Maybe big neon signs *do* appear over our houses at night, but because we are asleep we can't see them.

Hi Tiff! Bruce (my sweetie) used to keep a pad of paper and a pencil by his bed...One time I asked him what it was for, since the telephone used to be on my side of the bed...He said he was hoping to wake up one morning and find a nice note from God, giving him the plan for his life! I also know that feeling, so please take what I say with an "easier said than done". But, this is what I was told by a great counselor-pastor who's name truly is Dicky Love. He said to me when I repeated what Bruce said "You HAVE a road map,it is called THE BIBLE" If you will commit to stay in His word daily, He will truly show you HIS way for you". Yeah, I know, sounds pretty easy, NOT! Especially for this certified slacker! Maybe that is a reminder to me,as much as for you! Love and prayers for you!

Ok, tengo una pregunta (I have a question). This new "tell me a secret" game that Scott has come up with, how does it work? Bah. Why am I not just asking him? Nevermind, you'll work. So, see if you can get him to explain the rules sometime and we'll all get to know everyone's deepest and darkest. Yay fun!

Gosh, it took me 5 minutes just to figure out how to post a comment! If you can't guess, I'm new to this blogger thing, but I think it's fun! I am so impressed with you computer savviness Tiff.:) I loved your post!...I am a neon-sign kinda girl too..ask for them a BUNCH and no, haven't figured out how to get one yet. :) Will let you know when I figure that out. :)
